Respected Concern,
I booked Revolt RV400 Stealth addition on 9th Dec, 2023 with following details:
Booking ID RV23L113164 booking amount Rs. 4999 made on 9th Dec, 2023.
Booking made on Revolt’s official website, mode of payment: Credit Card

I’ve visited showroom many times in December, decided to cancel booking on 13th Dec as staff said they are unsure when bike would come, if i’d get the discounts which i received on my booking or not at the time of final delivery, stock may or may not come in January etc i decided to cancel booking on 13th Dec with Revolt hub bhopal’s staffs agreement but after I sent them booking cancellation mail as per their own guidance, they started to deliberately ignoring my calls. For a week I messaged them on WhatsApp, emailed them, call them and they ignored everything. after that i called using my brother’s mobile and staff picked up. Made horrible excuses and said “i was thinking that if your booked “stealth black edition” doesn’t come in Jan then I’d give you black color bike” i said that’s not up to you to decide obviously! kindly cancel my booking and refund my booking amount, i don’t want to buy revolt anymore even for free thanks to the horrible behavior. I also contacted Revolt Customer support MANY MANY times in december, january, and even Feb. Revolt hub bhopal said that Revolt will do the refund, revolt said dealership will do the refund. So much stress, had to waste so much time on calls and visiting revolt bhopal hub which is pretty far from my house and workplace, had to take leaves from office to visit the hub and spent petrol money from my pocket as well just to get my own money back however i haven’t gotten that even after about 3 months.

Revolt support said hub will refund but they registered booking cancellation request on 3rd January ticket number 7326 (under 30 days from the booking date) as they provided me on call. Since 3rd January they are saying we can’t tell you date but we have forwarded your request again to our team that manages cancellations and refunds. Jan and whole feb as today is 27th Feb, they have only given this response. on my most recent call, they gave a new ticket number on call: 22596 and said the same, no refunds yet. Revolt support says i’ll receive email of the ticket but NEVER GOT ANY SUCH MAIL either. and furthermore, i simply want my refund, in this lengthy time period they should have refunded my amount!

I have record of all the emails sent to Revolt bhopal Hub, Revolt motors official support email, and since the time they started to cause issues regarding refund i also turned on call recording on my mobile, can provide call recording of revolt bhopal hub, revolt motors customer support as proof.
I’m also suffering from kidney issues and require surgery at AIIMS, Bhopal. Anyone can understand going to visiting AIIMS with such health issues, being a working person can be quite tough and on top of that visiting revolt showroom, dealing with their horrible staff at reception, horrible revolt hub bhopal dealership owner, horrible revolt motor’s official customer support can be extremely stressful, a literal torture.

Kindly help me get my result of Rs. 4999. I’m not going to back down until I receive my hard earned money back.
