Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform that I have booked my travel ticket with Go First airline via Make my trip on 16th May 2023, flight got cancelled by airline due to their operations issue, it has been more than one year and no refund is yet received. I have made several enquiries with Make my trip company and all am hearing is that it is pending approval and refund processing from Airline. They also confirmed that Make My Trip has already filed required refund application form for each passenger who has booked ticket via their platform so no action needed from customers but it’s 15 months now and non refund as well as no clarity yet when it will happen.
Kindly look into this issue and provide some update please.
