Wrost services, i have ordered something from Amazon (F Gear Burner P8 26 Ltrs White Casual Laptop Backpack )and paid via upi connected with Paytm Payments Bank, due to some reason i cancelled the order and when i contacted Amazon said that they have processed refund on the same day and contact to your bank but its more than 4 days PPB haven’t reflected the amount and when i call them they are saying there is no refund due, i have provided them the refund reference number still they are saying there is no information available about any refund.
