Text of Complaint by Sarthaj:

I have booked 3 tickets on 17 September, 2021 and another 1 on 18 September, 2021 from Travalook website. 1 ticket got cancelled from their end after booking confirmation(REF041211306). The remaining 3 bookings(REF714299028, REF016075908, REF620647185) were cancelled by me from Indigo airlines end and the refund for all the three are initiated from airlines to travel agency. I am attaching the support documents for your reference. I have been constantly following up through email & contacting their customer service for processing the refund, but I am getting the same response every time – “We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Please be informed that the refund will be initiated at our end and the amount will reflect back to the same bank account within 07-10 working days” – as seen in the trail mails. I am feeling that this travel agency is not legitimate and they are running a SCAM. I have seen several reviews online stating the agency as FRAUD, but it was too late.
