I had booked a bus ticket of samay travels on paytm, I was at bus stand 15 minutes before reporting time and I waited till 1 hour but bus did not came and after 2 hour bus driver called me and told that there was a problem in bus but till that time I came home so later he told me to come again to bus stand and when I went again to catch the bus, the driver switched off his phone and bus left. I have put down the complaint to Paytm but still not received refund
