I had ordered a Rug from Comely enterprises through Amazon as I didn’t like the product quality i decided to return it as there was a return policy option available but later the customer care forced me to self-ship it and they also agreed a full refund on that over the mail and now they are denying it even after providing them a proper bill on the same. The seller address provided is not provided correctly as it does not exist and also, they have not provided their contact details. I am sharing the order id and also the tracking details of the product, kindly resolve this issue or else I will be forced to file a complaint on amazon to the consumer court.
