Text of Complaint by Mrs. J:

I had booked my trip from 1st may to 5th may 2020 which included flight , hotel and tour. A partial amount was paid , however due to sudden pandemic all the flights were cancelled and a nationwide lockdown was announced. The MMT website kept mentioning that they would allow customers to make changes in the date within 365 days but which was not done. The customers should not be cheated in this manner by such a large size company.
