Critical Issue: It has been delayed a lot already.
On Big Billion Day, I have ordered following products under same order Id on which this concern is being raised.
1. SOFA – 2 Seater (Delivered)
2. Sofa – 3 seater, (Delivered)
3. Air Conditioner – 0.8 ton (Delivered)
4. Kodak 80cm Smart TV with Appliance Protection. (Not Delivered, Cancelled).
Payment Mode- Pay Later+Account
TV was cancelled and I have not received any refund for it. Only refund processed was for Complete Appliance Protection which was of Rs 889.
As seller has tried reaching over mail to get account details but wasn’t able to. So,
sharing bank details for processing refund of Rs 9499 for Kodak TV which got cancelled. I didn’t receive any mail over which I can share the details, hence shared on app as per Flipkart Executive’s directions but still I have not received any amount and they are closing tickets without resolving the issue.
