I had ordered few products from Virgio. Although I wasn’t impressed with the quality so I initiated the return process. The total amount to be refunded was ₹1584/-
So the refund was successful by Virgio but the amount didn’t reflect in my account. I’ve being trying to contact them from 3 weeks but still no response.
