This is regarding Flipkart order no. OD121484528670903000 and Incident: IN21041916360934725014. Order placed on Flipkart on 9th Apr’21 and same day cancelled the order as there is a price drop on that product. As per information provided by Flipkart refund initiated on 10th Apr’21 vide refund reference number 30001011071099230562125. As per them refund amount should have been credited by 21 Apr’21, for this order.Till today amount is not reflecting on my bank account. Flipkart customer care executives are most unprofessional and time passers as there is no outcome on discussion. Already provided Bank Statement upon their requirement.
