Text of Complaint by Manthan:

I had applied for airtel black connection. I had applied for 1 year plan subscription. The total amount was 9898 I had paid for subscription. The team came for installation and after spending full day informed me the installation cannot be completed as there are signal issues at my location due to which I will face issues regularly and regular complaint also will be there and some high frequency hd stuff also might not work. So they cancelled the installation and took back the whole setup. I had applied on 22nd of June 24, team for installation came on 24 June 24 for installation and as cancellation they took back the whole setup. I had a conversation only with sales person but when I saw the number active in my Airtel thanks app I also informed the customer support team on 2nd July. Since then I have been coordinating with the sale person, manager whose number was given by sale person, visiting store, mailing the email ids given by manager and sales person, multiple times contacted the customer complaint team, still no response. Infact even after the complaint and explaining that I have not got any connection I even received a bill. and I have still got no refund and it’s been more then 3 months.
