I have ordered Amazfit Band 7 on 10 April 2023 worth Rs 3100 from the official website and later when I mailed them about the delivery time, I got the mail from them that my location is not serviceable by them and I have to give another location. I requested them to cancel my order but they didn’t. Then Tried to contact them over service number but they didn’t even receive the calls. By mailing me they said the refund will be processed at the earliest, then there is no response from the website end .Their helpline is also non operational.
