Text of Complaint by Manu Sheelvant:

I ordered a phone on Amazon. Which was turning off by itself and we requested for return. Amazon advised that they will do a technical check but that never happened. Then they requested to order a replacement. The replacement was initiated on Sept 7th. Replacement completed on Sept 23rd(on the app). We received the phone actually on Sept 16th. And We used the phone for 2 more days and the phone was again switching off. So, we placed a return on Sept 18th. The return was picked up on Sept 19th. Amazon app suggests that Item was received on Sept 27.

Refund summary suggests that Refund will be issued within 3-5 business. There has been no update since. I contacted customer care and they everytime suggest that it will be progressed in 2-3 days.
