As per government guidelines all flights that were booked during covid19 lockdown period of 2021 are to be refunded and was announced on April 9. My airlines company truejet has sent mail saying that they have refunded my fare and have asked me to contact the booking website.However the booking website via.com has yet to refund my amount.There has been no response from via.com either. Initially via.com stated that they won’t be refunding but we can book at a further date. They also asked me to contact truejet in case of requirement of full refund. Now truejet has said they have refunded as of 9th April. I have not received any reply from via.com even after mailing them repeatedly.The invoice of the ticket booked has been attached for your reference.
