I made a transaction through Ebixcash for letting a rental apartment on 19th of August, 2023. On 25th of August, the company reported some reasons due to which they will not process my transaction and asked for the bank account details which I provided the very same day. It’s been so long and I have not received my money back yet. I have been continuously contacting both their customer service and the backend team who is responsible for completion of my refund. But the backend team does not care to respond to my repeated queries. I want to take a legal action against the company as well all the people in the backend team. I can name them if needed.
