I tried to recharge through airtel thanks app on 8 July 2020 and it wasn’t successful. But money was debited from my account. I was told they would refund it within -10 days. It is now more than that but I haven’t got my refund.
- Airtel don’t even have a real platform where a customer can truly register a complaint.
