Text of Complaint by Gaurav Agrawal:

I booked a flight for me and my son from Flipkart to travel from Hyderabad – Chandigarh on 20th March by Indigo flight 269 and return journey on March 31, 2020 by Indigo 631. I completed my journey from Hyderabad to Chandigarh but could not do return journey as flight was cancelled by Airline due to Covid-19 restrictions. I reached out to Flipkart team on Nov 21st when I wanted to do my return journey. Flipkart team told me that they will have to cancel the ticket from their side (as the app have an issue where cancelled journey was also showing as completed). They took cancellation request on 23rd Nov and told me that it will take 15 days to complete cancellation and another 9 days to complete refund. They told me that I can go ahead do new booking for my journey. I did that. Now it has been almost 38 days and cancellation and refund are not completed. I reached out to Flipkart multiple times through customer care number and email. They assured me to take care of it but nothing has happened. Both Flipkart and Indigo customer care confirmed that money was refunded by Indigo to Flipkart Travel in month of May 2020 itself.

I need serious help.
