Text of Complaint by Gaurav Agrawal:

I booked a flight (booking id FF2003166173397) for me and my family using Flipkart Travel between Hyderabad – Chandigarh – Hyderabad in March 2020 by Indigo Airlines. I completed Hyderabad to Chandigarh journey. But return journey was cancelled by Airline due to Covid lockdown. The airline completed refund of amount in May 2020. This is confirmed by both Flipkart travel and Indigo Airlines. In month of November, when I wanted to travel from Chandigarh to Hyderabad, I asked Airline to use that amount. They said that they will have to first take cancellation request for that journey, money will be refunded to me and I can however do new booking for my journey. They took cancellation request on 23rd November and assured that cancellation will complete in 15 days and refund in 9 days after that. It has been 1 month now and no progress is made. Flipkart Travel customer service had asked me time for 48 hours on 2 occassions when I called them. Now they are not responding to my emails also. My money is stuck.
