Text of Complaint by Gaurav:

I booked an Indigo flight (Hyderabad-Chandigarh-Hyderabad) for me and my son for travel in March via Flipkart Travel (Booking id: FF2003166173397). I completed 1 part of my journey from Hyderabad to Chandigarh. Due to covid restrictions then, return flight got cancelled by Airline on April 14th 2020. Airline completed refund of money to Flipkart travel in May 2020. Due to confusion, I thought they created a credit shell which I can use later. When I tried to book my ticket for return journey in November, I was told by Flipkart and Indigo that there is no credit shell and money is refunded to Flipkart travel. Flipkart customer care person then said that flight cancellation has to be done at Flipkart side too and he has taken request. They asked for 15 days to complete cancellation. The cancellation was initiated by Flipkart on November 23 and it has been more than 20 days now, but the process is not completing. I have contacted them twice already and they give standard response again. I claim compensation from Flipkart now for all the mis-handling and delays.
