Text of Complaint by Shabir Ahmad:

Sir,
This is to inform that I have done a recharge of Rs 155 to Airtel number 8491818633 on NOV 3, 2022 but the transaction was failed and I got the reference id as 6993864532814790656. The transaction was done through AIRTEL UPI but still no payment has been refunded even after 16 days. Please look into the matter.
