I have deposited Rs 5890/- twice on 13th July , by mistake in the account of Netplus broadband services. I have written many mails to Netplus regarding my refund of my excess amount for which I have given all the necessary documents to netplus which were asked by them . But every time i received mail the refund is under process. Last week i contact customer care services about my refunmd they told me that Rs 5890/- has already refunded your account. For confirmation i get printed my bank statement, but in that i couldn’t find any amount of for Rs 5890/- which is credit to my account. I today again contacted customer care of netplus and they replied me the same statement as told me week back. When i cleared that I have not received Rs 5890/-, they told me that , write mail to customer care of net plus.
I have tried to get the contact number of person dealing the refund cases, but they simply refused, that they do not have.
So now I request your good self to kindly look into the matter at your level so that my matter is resolved at the earliest.
