I brought a bicycle through Amazon on september 6th 2020 and it delivered to me on 16th September 2020 .the package was too bad and given cycle was old and damaged I attach the photos regarding the same.I inform customs executive and they says return the item through dtdc courior service and they will refund the amount of item and courior charge. I send all details about the item including courior receipt.return item will delivered seller address on 24th September.I get the refund of item on October 2nd. I didn’t get refund of courior charges.it‘s about 20 days after the refund process started.every time I connect with customer care executive they say with in 2 days refund will be initiated.it‘s very irritating thing that you have done.I return the product because damaged item and its your responsibity for solve this issue. kindly do the needful as soon as possibleThanking youSARAN KUMAR K N
