I had ordered oziva collagen powder on 4th of august2022.I paid through upi rs718.The order was cancelled by the seller and msged that it will be refund within 8th of august. But I couldn’t get the refund. I raised many complaints, talked to customer care., gave them the bank statement , but nothing happened. I talked to the customer care of upi and gave them the reference number provided by the flipcart but they said no transaction has been made through that number. I informed the customer care about this. But till now nothing happened. But they have closed the issue.
