Dear Team,
I have booked a airline ticket through TRAVOLOOK on 26th MAY, 2022 and after around 30 minutes of booking the ticket i recd their email that booking is CANCELLED and the refund amount of Rs 7704/- will be refunded within 15 to 30 days.

I have sent them multiple emails, where only once they have sent me response that they will revert on 2 days time but since then there were no response from their team. Even the call center executive has confirmed me about the refund that will be credited to my card ac in few days, still it has not happened.
It’s a clear FRAUD company and my confidence it totally shattered by knowing that there r other such cases also reported in regard to TRAVOLOOK.
