Dear Sir,
I had paid 15700/- to Eureka Forbes on 30th Dec 2022 for a new Aquagurad Nrich water purifier, its cover and installation charges. I have received partial machine without cover. After multiple follow ups, the equipment is not installed nor the cover is given. I don’t know if these people will service when the product after installation will stop working. Requested a full refund thru their complaint helpline numbers and no response as yet other than “We will get back to you”. Pls help.
