Flipakrt exclusively launched Asus Zenfone Lite L1 and I bought this mobile but I didn’t like it because it was not as expected as described so I decided to return it next day but when I tried to do, I found same product replacement only and they said this is seller policy but I bought it from Flipkart and I have trust on Flipkart, don’t know any seller. Also if they are not refunding then why they have mentioned return button below price, there should be replacement button even I said give me another mobile in exchange and I am ready to pay extra amount but they denied. This is complete lose for me. Please tell me one thing you launched a phone having trust on Flipkart with return button over there and they denied to return even for exchange. Is this the way they should serve their customers?
