Hi,

I took loan from app called MyBank which had RupeeBazaar app in it, on 13th December 2020 I paid the amount however the payment was made twice and I asked the collection agent about refund he said it will be done automatically in sometime however nothing happned nor the companybwas responding to calls so to be on safer side that my money is safe I applied for loan again through MyBank-Rupeebazaar and the extra paid amount should be settled in it, so on 19th I had my due date and I did not pay and since morning I was getting harassing, threatening, abusing calls, I tried to explain the situation but the person is not ready to listen and just abusing and demanding for the amount. I did not pay and lodge a police complain. Today in the morning same thing happned but someone else called I tried to explain again but he did not understand and said speak to my senior his senior was more advanced than him in abusing, threatening, harassing and he disconnected the call. I have still not paid the amount.

I have all the proof with me like screenshot, payment receipt, bank statement, whatsapp chats screenshot.
