I purchased jio phone on 03/11/2017 for Rs.1500/- on the basis of refund money after three years. After four years they send me message refund process. As soon I revived the message I reached one of their jio service center, midc, anderi east. After verifing my mobile they told this mobile damaged condition even though mobile is working condition. Also this is common sense after four years mobile not seen as new one. Also note that four years back they not advertised above all the things. And also I am not signed any paper.
Because of that I need money back.
