This is regarding our old Jio Fiber Account at home that was discontinued on 7th Oct 2020.
We took if for 3 months and then decided not to continue, though we took a new Jio fiber just now still didn’t receive any refund for old account that was closed on 7th Oct 2020, so we are yet expecting a refund of security deposit but we haven’t received any, it is getting very difficult to talk to customer care or contact anyone for our issue.
Kindly look into this matter.
