Hi!
I had booked air ticket with travolook.in on 3rd July 2022. The tickets got cancelled and they sent me a mail stating “due to technical issue the tickets got cancelled and the amount worth Rs.11456/- will be credited to my Hdfc credit card. It’s been a month they are just procrastinating that it will take another 3-4 days. The due date is near and I have to clear the dues. The employees have been very confusing, unclear and not helping me get the refund. I have been fallen sick due to their mental harassment and have wasted so much time following up for my own money. Pls help me get the refund as I am not at all at fault and they have been just ignoring the fact of refunding my own money. There is a huge mail trail and also voice recordings of the travolook.in employees if needed to prove the same.
