I booked online tickets for travel from Delhi to Mumbai(Dated 1st Dec 2021) of Air India AI-887 airline from Travolook in travel booking website on 26th Nov 2021. After booking ticket, I received mail from Travolook informing that your booking is cancelled with Travolook in (REF976427614) due to fare expiration. & full amount (Rs5555/-) shall be refunded to your account in 10-15 working days .
Afterwards, I followed so many time with Travolook at the customer care No : 0124 643 4800 and dropped multiple mails for refund.
Even today I called customer service representative at number 0124 643 4800 but it went unresolved till date.
I request you take this matter into serious note & help me to get my refund money Rs 5555/- as earliest as possible.
Hoping for prompt action in this matter.
