I have applied for broadband connection and the executive called ne regarding the details and proof. I sent all the documents as well and paid money for 3 months in advance. Later on , when the Technician visited for connecting he said that no broadband facility available in my area. They would be refunding my amount as well after 3 days. But it’s being 10 days. I didn get my refund Amount.
