I booked air ticket on March 7,2021 but due to airline fare increase I got a sms and email that my booking was cancelled and my ticket was not confirmed. Again I booked another air ticket but but flight was cancelled. support team was said that within 7 working days amount will be refund to my account. Still I have not received my money of both booking it has 3 months. I wrote mail and called them several times still they saying that your amount will be refund within 5-7 working days. i did not get refund.
