Booked flight ticket from Bangalore to Ranchi on 29th of May 2021, booking reference number is REF361520161 but after 5 minutes of booking I got a call stating that the flight has been cancelled, which from their end and the refund will be initiated within 10-15 days. I have been calling regularly, but it has been now more than 45 days, still no refund.
I am from a poor family, cannot afford to loose any money as our earning is very less .
