I booked flight ticket from Lucknow to Pune on 21.02.2022. Screenshot attached.
I received call from customer care executive stating it is cancelled and will get the refund back in 7-10 days. Last week also, I called them back and they said it will happen in one week. The deadline passed in both the occasions but no luck still. I saw many people with similar complaints. Can this be considered a serious offence because I believe many people do not even complain and the internet is full of many such fraudulent incidents with them.
