I have booked flight from Bangalore to Agartala, but ticket never got confirmed and after sometime I got an email saying my ticket has cancelled due to some operational issues, i booked again, and same thing happened. Travolook customer service number is not working and no reply to emails.
Below is the last email I received but the refund has never been initiated. I feel so helpless!
