I booked ticket from Srinagar to Patna for 13 May 2021. My refer ence ID is 301109889. Immediately after booking I received a call from company informing me that my ticket has been cancelled due fare readjust ment and I will get the amount credited with in 10-15 days. But it has been more than one and half months still I am yet to receive the refunded amount. I mailed several times and called their customer care who have only one line response that you will get refund in 10-15 days.
Kindly help.
