My Tikona user id 1116613221.
I have been using Tikona for last many years. During this lockdown period on 7th July I asked them to upgrade my plan from 10 Mbps to 3 months – 40 Mbps unlimited plan for which I paid rental of 3093 rs in total for next 3 months (august, sept, oct). At start of plan change I paid 1000 rs than after they updating tikona equipments relating to my new plan request at my residence I paid next 2093 rs which showed thru their tikona app as total outstanding balance. They said rest GST will be calculated in later cycle.
But right from start I NEVER received their internet or anything kind of help to fix many issues which kept on hampering my work n life. I even had to take leave from work from home for weeks bearing losses on my end.
Now I have requested for disconnection of service officially twice thru email now but no reply yet. I have also marked a copy to TRAI in case of govt record.
While facing all these troubles I did ask for complete waiver for entire July month for which their representatives said my request of 1200 rs of entire July month have been accepted. So I’m entitled to receive my entire paid sum of 3093 rs as these few days of August was the same with no internet at all.
Please talk to them to reply to my disconnection email and refund back my money.
