I have done a booking with the travolook.com in the month of November which i have to cancel due to unavoidable circumstances. I have been raising multiple support request for the refund amount but i am always told to wait for 5 more days.
It has been 5 months now and still I didn’t get my update. I am highly dissatisfied with the service of travolook and i am not sure how long they are going to take to refund my amount.
