Hi Team,
I have ordered a Redmi phone by exchanging a old phone. But exchange was denied so delivery of new phone was not successful.
After 15 days also MI.com not refunded my money back and making fool initially said will take 8 days to refund and now saying 20 days will take to refund.
Can you please assist as per law and help me.
