I have booked a ticket from kolkata to visakhapatnam the flight was on 1st June 2020 at indigo,due to covid 19 the flight was cancelled and after claiming i have received a mail from airlines regarding the refund as they have refunded back to the make my trip on 17th of august 2020, but it’s been more than a month I have not received a single message or information from the make my trip,please help me.
