We booked gold packages for 10 days hotel’s and traveling with Himalayan Holidayers however we checked in at 22 March 2023 and checked out on 24 march 2023 due to medical issues
We supposed to stay till 31march but some medical issues we couldn’t completed our trip and travel on that days we are looking for full refund as there’s medical emergency as my wife (Surbhi) was not felling well. Kindly help us as no one ready to help as we have genuine issue.
We have already summer medical certificate with them but they are denied to give any refund amount as per their policy.
