We had booked a Gofirst flight for Mumbai to Amritsar for the 31of July 2023 for three of us(2 adults and a child age 6) for 830am priced at total of 17000INR approximately. The flight was cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the departure date and we were intimated by the airline that the refund will be processed and were asked to contact Cleartrip who also said the money should be refunded in 8 to 10 working days.
However no money was credited and on calling Cleartrip we were informed that it was the airline which was not processing the refunds and Cleartrip were chasing them. Apparently GoFirst is doing this quite frequently and holding on to people’s hard earned money for over a month before refunding it.
I request that this be taken seriously and Go first be dealt with accordingly
