I ordered the “Oaky Magnetic Case for Apple iPad Pro 11 inch 2020 Trifold Stand, Ultra Slim with Auto Sleep/Wake, Support Apple Pencil Pair & Charging Strong Magnetic Attachment for iPad Pro 11 inch – Pink” from AMAZON on June 29, 2021. But I wanted to return the order, so i called the customer service and asked her to refund the amount to my Amazon pay balance. However, she made mistake and initiated the refund in the form of a cheque. When I didn’t receive the cheque for many days, I called them again and they said I’ll be receiving it within three days. But I didn’t receive it again. Then I called again and a guy (customer service) told me that he initiated the amount to my pay balance but he lied. I called again and a girl said that cheque has been initiated once again. Just like that it has been more than a month since June 29 and I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND OF RS.1599 AMAZON I WANT MY MONEY BACK! AMAZON’S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SHITTY AS HELL
