The delivery guy from AJIO.COM was rude and misbehaved , he was abusive over the phone , he didnt deliver me the product.
So I talked with customer care officer instantly and also provided them with details of the mishappening. I have been waiting for more than month now. This is the fifth or sixth time my complaint has been reopened ,they always close it without any proper resolution and have not been refunding my money. After numerous failed attempts of chats and calls this complaint is my last hope of getting a refund from them.
People on customer care are also not responsive
