I placed an order for airtel wifi and an executive came to our place and did all the necessary paperwork and I had to pay airtel 4000 in advance which I did. After that airtel cancelled the installation and told that I will get a refund and after that no response has been from their end and there is no way I can get in touch with any customer executive.
