Text of Complaint by Vinay Saini:

I have done a jio mobile recharge of Rs. 719 by uaing amazon pay upi on 27th may 2022 and in this process my account got double debited for Rs. 719. For more than one month, I had done a regular follow up with amazon pay, jio and my bank but no body had given me the solution. I need my money back with interest as applicable from the date and compensation for the mental agony, they have not provided any solution or any refund for the failed transaction.
