I have been using Airtel mobile network for the past few years, and i’m having a balance amount of Rs.2000/- . As i’m not satisfied with the service of Airtel, i would like to go for MNP (mobile number portability) option. Before migrating to other network from Airtel, i would like to get back my balance money as a refund. But Airtel nodal officials said that they can’t process my request. They is no such regulations in TRAI to refund our hard earned money when closing the service from a network and migrating to other.?
