I installed excitel fibre broadband connection on 12 sept. They charged Rs. 5500 for prepaid quarter and the router. Since then the connection is not working at all. I have been doing complaints on customer care but of no help at all. On asking refund and cancel connection as it’s been a week and they are not even helping, they simply denied for no reasons at all. For not providing any service, how can they simply charge that too pre paid and deny for refund. I am stuck with no connection and no refund of money situation.
