Text of Complaint by Soumya Meher:

I wrongly recharged an amount of Rs. 1000 on 6th  October to my old Tata sky account which is dead for months. After talking to customer care, they told me to again recharge an Amount of Rs. 80 which I did on 7th October, so that they can transfer the amount to my new active Tata Sky account. But I failed to receive any amount to my new Tata sky account. And now on 5th November they are saying they can’t help me with my issue. I feel like I have been cheated. Kindly raise my complaint and make them address my issue.
